"BER (Block Exemption Regulations) 1400/2002"

BER 1400/2002 Was enforced to stop vehicle manufacturers having a monopoly on servicing customer vehicles that are held under their warranty period. Customers can now get their vehicles serviced by independent repairers, genuine manufacturer parts MUST be used! This means that even though your vehicle is currently under "Manufacturers Warranty" we are able to service your vehicle and make repairs without effecting your statutory rights and your warranty thus remains intact, without the added main dealer costs!
